- Six (6) guests are permitted in the ranch house at the seasonal rate. An additional charge or $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed. The maximum occupancy for the ranch house is 12 people total. Pets permitted with owner's permission in advance ($50 fee per stay applies). Rates do not include sales tax and $75 cleaning fee per stay. A $200 security deposit is required to hold your reservation.
