Restaurants/Shopping: When you get tired of fishing, golfing, beaches (as if you ever could) and are ready to shop or dine, the restaurants and shopping plazas of Port Charlotte and Englewood are within easy reach. Local stores and supermarkets are only a few minutes away.
Facilaties : The villa’s kitchen is beautifully furnished to a quality standard with granite worktops, stainless steel units, fridge/freezer, cooker/oven, microwave and dishwasher and washer dryer. The living room is a very welcoming and relaxing area that looks out to the 1000 square foot saltwater pool, with a larger than average lanai furnished with sun loungers. The lanai has its own shower, and separate half-bath. The fully equipped barbeque area is generous and easily seats six. There is a separate family room that has leather reclining sofas for your comfort, while you view the large screen satellite TV with cinema surround sound. There is a separate Dining Room and a den, which can double up as a sleeping area if required.
Masterbedroom: The master bedroom has a king size bed, with walk-in closet, leading to the master bath with its wrap around mirror, large tub, closed off W.C, and wet room. The guest suite comprises two bedrooms with queen and full-size beds. Walk-in closets and your own bathroom enable you to fully enjoy your holiday privacy. In addition, to help make sure that everything goes perfectly, there is assistance at hand through a local team to aid you if needed, without intruding on your holiday. So choose us, and enjoy your best and most memorable stay in Beautiful Florida.
