Ambergris Caye Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Payment terms: Deposit equal to 50% of stay due at time of reservation. Full payment required 45 days prior to arrival (Holidays 90 days).
Guests pay for boat gas used during their stay.
Rate does not include 9% hotel tax. - Cancellation Policy: Deposit is non-refundable. Balance refunded if canceled 90 days or more prior to arrival. No refund if canceled less than 90 days prior to arrival unless villa is rented at the same rate. A 6% fee will be charged on any refunded amount to cover bank credit card fees.

Toucan’s Nest, a private villa located on the property, accommodates 2 additional guests. Toucan’s Nest has a queen bed, kitchen, private bathroom, and indoor and outdoor living areas. Toucan Nest will not be rented separately from the main villa. Ask about including Toucan Nest in your reservation.
