Pensacola Beach Condo Details
There is a jetted tub in the master, full size washer and dryer, and a fully outfitted kitchen with high quality appliances. There is a Sony PlayStation 3 for the kids with a few games(please leave behind so others may enjoy as you may on your return visit), blue ray disc capability in the family room and master bedroom, and a wonderful sounding Bose Cinemate surround system in the family room. There is a small blue ray movie library which we plan to build along with the PS3 library ,high speed N+ wireless internet, king size beds in both bedrooms , a queen size sofa bed, fine furnishings and decorations. We have three parking spaces and one if them is one of the four right in front of the tower lobby which is incredibly convenient. And, of course the view is breathtaking.
Portofino has 8 swimming pools that are heated year round, one conveniently located immediately adjacent to each tower. The main pool area consists of two bay front freeform negative edge pools. There is often live music in this area. There is an outdoor grill and bar immediately adjacent to the main pools with poolside wait staff. There is a fine restaurant overlooking this area as well. Fine chef's are available with 48 hours notice to prepare a gourmet meal in your condo if you like. The well equipped workout room with trainers available is on the second floor overlooking the main pool area and bay. For those wishing to vacation in the cooler months, there is an indoor heated Olympic pool adjacent to the main pool area. The full service spa is also in this area. Five clay tennis courts with pro available, a children's water park on the premises, and a ferry which moves between Portofino and the boardwalk/public beach area every half hour.
Beach service is available as is rental of watercraft, boogie boards, surf boards, etc. There is wait staff on the beach as well. There is a kids day camp you can enroll your children in if you want some free time.
