****50% Deposit is required** We Accept Credit Cards you can pay us by pay-pal, money order or cashier check. No Pets or No Smoking in this Townhome.
Cleaning fee is $100.00 due an payable upon arrival with the balance of your 50% stay.
Security Deposit we accept Master Card and Visa, Discover and Current Drivers Licenses. We place an authorization on your card for Security. - Reservation can be made or the phone or by e-mail.
Your Reservation Deposit is fully refundable for up to 14 days prior to your arrival date, Holiday stay have a 30 day min. cancelllation time to receive your fully refund, after that time it becomes Non-refundable.
