* Cleaning fee is a one-time charge of $85 and is non-refundable.
* Additional Persons than eight (8) require additional fee of $10 charge per person/per night.
* Balance rent is due 30 days prior to arrival.
.* Cancellations require a 30 day notice. Cancellations that are made more than thirty days prior to arrival date forfeit their advance rent payment and deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately.
