- $300 deposit is required to confirm booking and automatically converts to a security/damage deposit on arrival and is promptly returned after a post-departure review of the house.
Prepayment of all but $500 is due 45 days before move in date. The remaining $500 is due on arrival.
$100 discount for a two week rental.
Off season long term: Inquire about renting the house for the fall, winter and spring months, $1,000 a month + utilities, 3 months minimum stay between Nov 1st through May 15th, 3 months minimum stay. - To keep cleaning costs at minimum, guests are generally asked to do basic cleaning themselves. After their departure, a cleaning service will go over the house again and do the finishing touches and add any extra cleaning needed. If guests prefer, they can opt for a full cleaning service at the cost of $75.00.

There is no bathroom on the upper level.
