- Cleaning fee is only required for less than minimum night stays
- High Season (11/21-4/20) .. $285/night .. $1850/week.
Low Season (4/21-11/20) $195/ night .. $1250/week
Holiday (12/18-1/2) .. $325/night..$2150/week
Minimum 5 night stay unless prior approval received.
$300 refundable security deposit due on booking.
1/2 rental fee due on booking, 1/2 due 14 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations within 30 days may be eligible for full or partial refund.
