Middle floor has a new fold out sofa that sleeps 2; middle master bedroom has a queen bed that sleeps 2 and a futon that sleeps 2. The other bedroom across the hallway sleeps 2 (queen). Upstairs at the top of the stairs just outside the French doors to the upstairs Master Bedroom is a futon with queen mattress (sleeps 2). Inside the Master Bedroom is a King bed that sleeps 2 and inside the bonus room with privacy door is 1 twin bed .
