Middle floor has a new fold out sofa that sleeps 2; middle master bedroom has a queen bed that sleeps 2 and a futon that sleeps 2. The other bedroom across the hallway sleeps 2 (queen). Upstairs at the top of the stairs just outside the French doors to the upstairs Master Bedroom is a futon with queen mattress (sleeps 2). Inside the Master Bedroom is a King bed that sleeps 2 and inside the bonus room with privacy door are 2 twin beds that sleep 1 per bed, total of 2 persons. Whether you choose to stay in Spring, Summer, Winter or Fall, you will feel at home while only an hour away from Birmingham and Huntsville. Perfect for family, family reunions, church meeting, weddings,conferences, corporate meetings, professional continuing education courses, and/or company retreats.
Magnolia Manor-Smith Lake near I-65: To find us on Google Maps, just find Ryan Creek Marina on County Road 222. Magnolia Manor is 2/10 of one mile West of the Marina by land or by boat, just across the lake next to the peninsula that juts out on the map. Coming from I-65, we are 7.1 miles west of Interstate 65 down State Highway 69. After driving 7.1 miles on Hwy 69 South towards Jasper, one turns right or west onto County Road 222 at Hwy 69 mile marker 228. Head West on Cty Road 222 up the hill 1.5 miles where you will find a 4-Way Stop sign and a grocery/gas store called 'JD 4-Way.' Keep straight on 222 another 5.2 miles and you will come to Ryan Creek Marina. Go 8/10 mile further on 222 and turn right onto Cty Road 327 into Sunrise Pointe Estates Subdivision (there is a sign there). We are 1/10 mile on the right, the first drive on the right (Lot 2) with a concrete drive leading down into the front of Magnolia Manor. You have arrived!
Magnolia Manor-Smith Lake near I-65: Magnolia Manor is a hide-away overlooking Smith Lake placed upon a rolling hillside about 270 feet from waters edge where we have 140 feet of water frontage. The upper deck/balcony is perfect for sunbathing, just hanging out, BBQ's, cooking relaxing, boating, fishing or skiing. Put in your boat just across the Lake at Ryan Creek Marina, tie down your motor boat or pontoon at our newly installed boat dock after a day of swimming, water-skiing or fishing for large mouth bass, spotted bass, striped bass, bream, and crappie, and enjoy the beautiful sunset over the lake. Very large lower deck in the shade all day long! Upper deck for sun bathing. Right now your boat can be docked at Magnolia Manor's boat dock!
