Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $150.00 Refundable Security deposit. Cleaning rate will be charged if not cleaned prior to checkout
- We prefer 10 day notice. Security deposit if paid by check must be received within 10 business days of rental period.
- 2 week prior booking notice preferred
$375 per week
$75 per night, 3 night minimum
$150 refundable deposit
$50 cleaning fee - (not charged if cleaned by occupant)
