Maalaea Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Minimum age limit for renters is 25.
- Add 13.42% HI tax. 2 nts stay and damage deposit required at time of booking. Remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival date. For Christmas due by Oct 1. $120 cleaning fee for less than 7 day stays.
- All other dates Minimum stay 3 nights, (excluding holidays)
Add 13.42% Hawaii Lodging Tax (to the nightly rate).

$200.00 refundable damage/excessive cleaning deposit
2 nights plus damage deposit required to hold reservation
