Weddings/Large Parties: For weddings or large parties, in addition to peak or off peak nightly rate, there is a cleaning fee of $500.00 plus each guest attending the event is $20.00, plus $150.00/day for onsite representative. Must get advance approval for more than 12 overnight guests and cost per additional overnight guest is $50.00. There is additional parking available at nearby school, but vans would be needed to transport guests to house.
