Any stay more than 1 week will be charge 10% (security deposit) of the total rental rate (whichever higher) and is fully refundable within 14 days of departure.This charge covers any damage to the property, theft or extra cleaning after the leaving date. - Only 50% of rental fee will be refunded if cancellation were made within 2 week prior to arrival.
