Memorial Weekend is only available as weekly rental at $ 3200 a week (you are free to stay shorter, but this will not change the price)
There will be a requirement for a security deposit of $ 1000. Amount will be refunded unless there is damages to the property. Alternatively you can use the homeaway insurance.
For short time rentals please keep in mind that the cleaning of the house is the same whether you stay one day or one week the house needs to be cleaned so that the next guests feels as comfortable as you would. So short time rentals might not be as economical.
