- 1/2 of the total is required for a deposit to book dates. The other 1/2 is due upon arrival, at which time you will receive the keys and a walk thru if you like. You may pay in full but is not required. We Accept credit cards via PayPay.com (it is FREE for you to use and protects your credit card information) but for those of you that prefer check or money order you can mail the payment. NOTE: Reservations are not booked until deposit is received.
Pet Fee: Non Refundable pet fee is required for pets in the amount of $53.88 (inc tax)
Queen Sheets for Master Bedroom: Because the master bed is a Queen pillowtop mattress that needs deep pocket sheets we do have a set of sheets that can be rented for an additional $21.55 (inc tax). - Emergency/Inclement Weather: If for some reason you need to change the dates of the rental we REQUIRE 2 weeks notice in order for you to change the dates. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! If a hurricane is present during the time of your rental we will negotiate another time or other arrangements.

The House: This is a well kept singlewide home with a screened porch nestled in a quiet neighborhood, off the main roads. When in season enjoy the beautiful landscaped yard, or enjoy the shade of the pines as you swing, or There is a large fenced in yard for the kids and pets to play in while you relax on the screened in porch. We want you to come and enjoy your time!! There's a charcoal grill so you can grill out or can go into Shallotte or Holden Beach to eat out at a variety of restaurants. If you like cooking in, the house has a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances.
Entertainment: For the fisherman, plenty of room to park your boat in the yard with A nice boat launch only a short drive with many reefs a short distance off the coast, or fishing in the ICW is always good. If you don't have a boat there are several charter boats at Holden beach. Close by there is the Holden beach pier, putt putt, bumper cars, ice cream, shopping, antiques, and a water slide. For the avid golfer there are a variety of golf courses near by. There is so much near by to keep the whole family entertained.
Location - About us: The home is located approx 8 mins to Holden Beach, 10 mins to Shallotte, and 30-45 mins to Wilmington, Myrtle Beach SC, Southport, and Oak Island. Nearby beaches Ocean Isle (15 mins), Sunset Beach (20 mins), and Calabash (30 mins). We are available 24/7 if you need us for any reason, just call. We know how important family vacations are, and we want you to enjoy your stay. In most cases your stay with us is more affordable and family friendly than staying in a hotel.
