2. I will return the rental contract by email along with my bank details or PayPal in order to pay the account (20% of rental cost). Any bank expenses or PayPal charges are at the lodgers expense.
3. Print, sign, then return the contract by email (after scanning it) or by fax. Do not forget to indicate the reference of the bank transfer or PayPal.
4. As soon as contract and account have been received, you will be receiving a confirmation along with all the necessary details to get to the flat.
5. Full settlement of rental fee (80% remaining) must be paid when keys of flat are delivered.
