- Our unit is professionally cleaned and stocked with toiletries, cleaning supplies towels and linens. All beds will be made when you arrive and the bathrooms will have towels hanging in them. This service is done before every guest arrives to ensure that the unit is in EXCELLENT CONDITION AND ABSOLUTELY CLEAN when you arrive. Since we believe that we both benefit from this excellent care, we split this cost 50/50% with each of our guests. There are no booking or processing fees.
Each stay requires a refundable deposit of between $100 (for a weekend) up to $300 (for a full week or more). The deposit holds your reservation and then becomes your security deposit during your stay. It is returned once the key is mailed back and our property manager inspects the condo after your departure.
12% tax is always charged with each stay, and promptly paid to the state of South Carolina.
