Dillon House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Acceptable forms of payment: PayPal; personal checks or money orders drawn on U.S. banks.
- A $300 security deposit is required [$500 for dog(s)] and refunded within 14 days of departure provided the rental agreement/contract conditions are met.
- Security deposit is due at the time of the reservation.
50% of the total rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Balance of the rental fee is due 21 days prior to arrival date. Due to exceptionally slow mail distribution at our location, mailed payments should be postmarked 10 days ahead of due date to ensure timely delivery.
The one-week minimum for major holidays applies to rentals where arrival, stay, or departure includes Christmas, New Year's, Fourth of July, Labor Day, or Thanksgiving. Sorry for any apparent discrepancies. The 'notes' area in the rate chart didn't allow room for details.
Late payment will result in cancellation (at owners' discretion); amount of refund will follow the cancellation policy. Cancellations or changes resulting in shorter duration of stay made less than 60 days in advance of the arrival date forfeit the full down payment and security deposit, and those less than 14 days prior to arrival do not warrant a refund of any rent or deposit.
