5. Bed sheets, towels, etc. There are enough present. Should something be missing, please contact us. There is a hair dryer in every bathroom. 6. Kitchen Is equipped with all usual devices - dishwasher, oven, ceramic range, microwave, cake machine, coffee machine, etc. and all other utensils. Please use 5x tabs for the dishwasher - you can get them at Lidl - towards Kyparissia. Do not leave any groceries open, otherwise you will get a visit from ants and other animals. The dishes are not toys for the beach. I have a box with sand toys - buckets, forms, etc. Your children can use this for a fee of € 20. Please clean them after use. 7. Window, doors Were fitted with screens. All crescent-shaped windows that do not have screens are closed and not to be opened. Always keep the screens closed. Remember, the property is in nature.

9. Pool The pool is cleaned automatically. Every morning between 6 AM and 8 AM, the pool is examined and the flower pots are watered. Do not leave your children unattended by the pool - they could drown! Do not reach into the skimmer. Please make sure that no objects are thrown into the pool, like dates, pieces of wood, stones, food. Unfortunately, I have to mention this. Note: water shortage When pumping water to fill the pool, some sand may be pumped up. The filter needs time to filter out this sand. I ask for your understanding, because I can only use my own water for the pool and garden and not water from the waterworks used for the house, otherwise, my neighbors would not have any water. Should the authorities forbid filling up private pools due to the water shortage (has not yet happened), this will not lead to a discount in the rental price. Own deep water well available.

10. Trash There is a trash box outside of the kitchen. The trash must be disposed of by you. There are large containers by the street. A new container was placed directly under the driveway. Trash bags can be found in the kitchen. The trash is to be taken out at least every 2 days during warm seasons. Never leave the trash cans open. Please remember that you are living in nature - otherwise animals (mice, etc.) would be attracted. They can quickly get into the house and cause damage. When leaving, please make dispose of your trash, otherwise you will be charged a flat rate of € 25. 11. Sewage Please do not dispose of food in the toilets or sinks. The dirty water, etc. runs into the dry well and would otherwise attract animals. 12. Gate You will receive a remote for the gate. Please press it once to open or close the gate. 13. Insurance The house is insured against theft. Therefore, always close the doors and windows when leaving the villa. 14. Outdoor lighting On the walls outside of the bedrooms and kitchen you will find a light switch for the lights outside. Enjoy the atmosphere during the evening. Please make sure the last person turns off the light. Thanks. 15. Ceiling fan in the living room The switch is located by the steps. 16. Please leave the house extremely clean. Nobody demands cleaning a lot. But the dishes, pans must be cleaned. Do not leave behind dishes with food. The fridge, oven and baking trays, dishwasher and microwave are to be cleaned. Otherwise you must pay a fee of € 50.00. 17. TV satellite In the living room and the large bedroom you will find televisions. To protect your children, please make sure not to set the SEX CHANNELS at the beginning 18. Garden work The gardener comes twice a week from 7-11 am. He keeps the property in a proper condition.

19. Grilling There is a grill available. Please do not grill on the patios. The grease stains stay in the marble. The grill is to be cleaned after usage. 20. Beaches There are stunning beaches as far as the eye can see. 23. Flowers Please water the flowers in the house once a week and the pots on the patio daily. We have 2 umbrellas and mats for beach fun that can be rented for a payment of € 50. Please watch out for turtles. 24. During your stay: we expect the tenant to treat the house with care, to clean it and to respect both the owner of the property and the property itself. The tenant or guests are full liable for any damages they cause. 21. And finally, Please remember that you are living in nature. The animals were there first.
