Lago Vista House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Minimum age limit for renters.
- $200 non-refundable cleaning fee (per stay). No cleaning fee on weekly rentals. $300 refundable cleaning/security deposit. No Saturday to Saturday stays during summer.
- All holidays are $400.00/night. This includes Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
