An elegant owner's suite that includes companion shower with ceramic tile, large soaker bathtub, large double vanity sinks, and private commode area. Second master suite has own shower, commode and single vanity. Third bathroom has combination tub/shower, large double vanity with sitting/make-up area and private commode area. All bathrooms include: cultured marble sinks, oversized decorator vanities and mirrors, elongated commodes and raised panel maple cabinetry. The home has one large 80 gallon water heater to ensure a constant supply of hot water for multiple baths and showers while getting ready to frequent the attraction parks.

Conveniently on the first floor, there is a Queen bedroom (nice for your parents or Grandparents) a distance from the other bedrooms looking over the Lanai and the screened pool & spa. On the second floor, there are 2 Elegant Master ensuites each with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 2-double size beds, 2 themed bedrooms,(Hollywood Studios,and Classic Mickey&Minnie) each with 2 twin size beds.All bedrooms have there own 32'HDTV with at least 225 channels of cable entertainment,and DVD players. All bedrooms are appointed with the most beautiful furniture we could buy, premium accent painting, color matching decor, elegant light fixtures and luxurious bedding (including mattress toppers for added comfort). There is a phone in master suite 1. You also have a additional air conditioned laundry room with washer & dryer. Plus for families with young children there is a foldaway crib, stair gate,4-bed rails, high chair, 2booster seats & child's strollers
