House is a beautifully designed two story with two bedrooms, one and one half bath and kitchen/dining room on the first floor and large family room with large deck on the second floor with mountain and ocean view. House is steps to the beach, but provides a well sheltered deck and backyard perfect for sunning or BBQ-ing. Please email for any questions.
