Anna Maria Island: Anna Maria Island offers something for almost everyone from eating out to relaxing of the beach, shopping to dolphin watching. There are water sports from fishing to parasailing, watching sunsets to jet skiing. The Island also offers a free trolley service seven days a week from morning to 10:30pm. There is a community center for everyone, live theatre, and Mote Marine just over the bridge in Longboat Key.
Near By Activities: With in a 20 minute drive there is, South Florida Museum with 'Snooty the Manatee', Ringling Museum, G- Wiz Museum, Jungle Gardens an long with Robinson Preserve , and DeSoto Memorial. For your shopping pleasure there is St. Armands Circle on Longboat Key and plenty of small shops on the Island. With in an hour drive there is Florida Aquarium, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Mosi and much more.
