In ALL rental scenarios NO key to the beach house will be available until 100% of the rental rate has been paid.
We do NOT require a monetary security deposit. Our security deposit is simply for you to leave the house as clean as you found it or you will not be invited back! - ONLY DOGS accepted as pets on a case by case basis.
$100 per dog per week (6 - 7 nights).
$ 50 per dog on stays (2 - 5 nights).
Tenant agrees to pay for ALL dog-related damages.
