This vacation home is located on Bayshore Road which parallels the intra-coastal waterway. Nokomis Beach and exclusive Casey Key are a mere draw bridge away. Nokomis Beach now has a brand new pavilion complete with bath/changing facilities, concession stand, free public parking, and public boat launch across the street. Also located on Bayshore Road is 'Coolbreeze' boat and jet-ski rentals, a great way to spend an afternoon on the water. You won't find the words 'quaint', 'cozy', 'cute', or 'charming' in this listing! We don't hide the fact that this spacious home offers 2,200 sq. ft. of single level living space, as well as a two car garage. Add that to your outdoor living space of a pool area, patio, and sun deck, and your get-away needs are complete!
A note to husbands: Do you really want to be confined to an 800 sq. ft. condo after golfing all day and forgetting to pick up the two items your wife requested from the grocery store...that closed a half hour ago!
