During peak season (July & August), if you are booking within 7 days of your vacation start date, we will consider stays shorter than a week.
During the off-peak season, you are welcome to book a shorter stay. Our minimum stay/rate is 4 nights. Here are the rates for short weeks:

6 Nights: $790 $730
October thru May our rate for 1-7 days is $625. Since cable, internet & phone will have been disconnected for the season, there is an optional fee of $100 if you wish to have those amenities during your stay. - A/C Fee:
Rather than bumping up the rent to balance the increased cost of running air conditioning, we've decided to make this an optional amenity. We will turn on the Central Air Conditioning for an additional $50.
