Beautiful Colorado: Our condo is located in a three unit building that sits along the banks of the San Juan River, with outstanding views of the San Juan Mountain Range and the San Juan River, as well as a preserved estuary where ducks and geese live! View the river, mountains, and estuary from two of your private decks.
Luxury Condo: Our condominium sleeps 6-8 people and includes one king-size bed in the master bedroom, one queen-size bed in one guest bedroom, and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. There is a gas fireplace in the family room framed in travertine, which adds to the ambiance. Settle into our comfortable sofa next to the fireplace and watch geese fly by as you listen to the sounds of the river.
Relaxing Amenities: The riverside-condo features a large dining room table which seats eight people, a gourmet kitchen, an top of the line amenities throughout such as plush carpeting, granite counter tops, jacuzzi tub, laundry-room and heated garage. The condo includes two HD televisions with DVD players.
