Truckee House Details
Biking/HIking Trails: We are located on the border of Tahoe National Forest in the Martiswood/Sawtooth area. You can access all trails directly from our house. There is a great meadow and many single tracks nearby, and you can get to Northstar and Tahoe City if you are up for it!
Snowplay/Snowmobiles: You can snowshoe from here, cross country ski, and snowmobile as well. There is also enough slope to sled right on the property.
Restaurants/nightlife: Downtown Truckee is only a 5 minute drive, casinos and gambling 15 minutes to Boomtown or Cal/Neva at stateline. Tahoe City is about 30 minutes away, but Truckee has the best restaurants and bars anyway so no need to go that far!
