Marathon Condo Details
You will love it here!: This is our second condo we have owned at Gulf Pointe. After traveling throughout the US and the world we have always found Marathon and the Keys to be our favorite place. We hope that you can be our guest to discover the treasures of the area. Gulf Pointe offers one of the the nicest property values in the Keys. Excellent dockage, fishing, a beautiful pool and grounds and only 20 units. The units are large - over 1400 sq ft with two huge wrap around decks. Gentle ocean breezes and great water views make this a great place to relax and unwind. The fishing from the dock is excellent. During our last visit we caught 4 pound mangrove snapper, hooked a 40 lb tarpon and numerous sharks. At night we watched lobster, rays, octopus and a wide variety of sea life. On two of the days we where visited by manatees.
Electronics include FREE Wi-FI high speed internet: The unit also has a new 42 inch plasma television in the great room and a 32 inch TV in the Master Suite.
Other Activities: Shopping, boating, parasailing, wildlife viewing
