The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bath with walk-in rain head shower. The second bedroom offers the option of two twin, or a king bed with its own bathroom and terrace. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Tikule granite counter tops and an island. The open concept unit has custom built-in furniture. The main level also offers a outside terrace for dining or just relaxing. Wireless and cable access as well as flat-screen TVs are available in every room. The rooftop penthouse terrace offers stunning views to the Caribbean Sea at day and the lights of Cozumel at night. The heated Jacuzzi is surrounded by lush landscaping for added privacy. In addition, there is a outdoor moon shower. The rooftop dining option includes a gas BBQ, outdoor kitchen and a shaded dining table under our custom made palapa roof that seats 6.
Mayan Villas is a 17 Unit project located on the 1st Ave between 12th and 16th in Playa Del Carmen. A wonderful alternative to a large resort, or hotel.
