- Weekly rentals (Sat-Sat) from $950 - $2295 plus 10.5% tax and a $300 refundable security deposit. There is a $30 common area usage fee for rentals from May-Oct. NO REGISTRATION, PARKING, OR CLEANING FEES. Guests are asked to leave the condo in the same condition as found upon occupancy.
Mini-week & wkend rentals (3-night minimum) available in off-season (mid- Sept thru May). Availability for partial weeks during peak season (June to mid-Sept) on last minute basis only. Security deposit adjusted for partial week stays.
Rates vary depending upon rental period desired & ages and number of occupants. Condo is ideally suited for four occupants. Contact owner directly to discuss further & for current rates & availability. Prompt response to all inquiries.
THIS IS NOT A STUDENT RENTAL PROPERTY.
One occupant must be at least 25 yrs. of age and occupy unit for duration of stay.
Check-in Sat. 3:00 pm. Check-out Sat. 11:00 am.
