- The bedrooms are strategically and CONVENIENTLY situated at the back of the retreat allowing vacationers who want to rest to be undisturbed by those desiring to remain in the living and kitchen areas. The three large bedrooms each have an adjoining full bath, plasma televisions, ceiling fans, and built in, spacious closets for your additional traveling CONVENIENCE. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. The back bedroom is called the 'Sunset Room'. It has a King bed and is decorated in shades of Reds, Oranges, and Yellows. The middle room, the 'Balboa Room' boasts browns and light blue and contains black and white artwork of 'Old Balboa'. We call the front bedroom the 'Fun Zone'. It serves as a third sleeping room with two futons that convert into double beds. In the daytime it serves as a game room and is stocked with board games and video games alike a great CONVENIENCE for the youth or the young at heart!
