- Will rent nightly off season from Oct 19-June 01. Rates are $125-$250 per night. There is a two-four night minimum. Longer stays are required for holidays. Rates based on number of people, time and length of stay.
Weekly rentals : Jun 01-Oct 19. Check in Saturday at 2pm and check out following Saturday at 10am. We will rent 1-2 weeks at a time. No monthly rentals.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. - $75 per dog (non-refundable)and $250 refundable security deposit per week. Please crate your dog if you intend to leave them unattended. Two dogs maximum and no puppies. No cats. No smoking in the house. $ 100 additional security required if you don't crate your dog, or if your dog is not neutered, or over 100 pounds, or a certain breed, or is under 1 year old.
