- • Reservations are confirmed upon owner’s receipt of deposit of applicable rent. Deposit amount depends on how far in advance the reservation is made.
• The rental amount is divided into 1-3 payments depending on reservation- how far in advance the reservation is made.
• A balance of payment is due 3 weeks before the rental period begins (summer rental & depending how far in advance the reservation is made ).
• A rental agreement will be mailed upon the receipt of the initial deposit.
• Two (2) keys will be mailed to the renter when full payment is received..
• Michigan sales tax is 6% of rent.
• Rental rates include cleaning after departure & wood for the fireplaces.
• Payment method - check or credit card. Add 2.5% fee for credit card
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation by the prospective tenant renter, his deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs a minimum of 30 days prior to rental or if landlord is able to find a replacement for the
