Galveston House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From Nov. 9th to Nov. 30th- $1245 FOR WEEK, WEEKEND $545, EXTRA NIGHT $225, 4TH NIGHT $95- WOW!!!
- Two story beach house, top and bottom floors can be rented together or the top by itself (Bottom will not be rented by itself).
Upstairs: This floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. First bedroom has 2 queen size beds, the second has one queen size bed, the third has a bunk bed set up. There are 2 pull out couches in the living room. Sleeps 13 upstairs, Prices for upstairs is the listing price.
Downstairs: Adds 2 bedrooms and half bath - add $75/night. First bedroom has a queen bed with a chair that folds out for a child. One room has a sleeper sofa and a pool table. Sleeps 5
Prior to signing a contract we ask that the person signing the contract provide a valid state ID.
Security deposit $600 - For all seasons except summer there will be a $50 charge for cleaning for those renting for two nights.
In summer I will consider 3 nights depending on current vacancy.
