Off season amenity badges are optional: $3 per person per day or $15 per person per week. These fees are not negotiable and paid directly to Arrowhead Lakes Community Association.
All year round: Gate Pass: $25.00 per vehicle for the length of your stay (license and registration required). Arrowhead has security patrols 24 hours a day. - Laundry fee: $75 if linens are used and not laundered before departure.
Renter Must be 25 years of age or older. NO EXCEPTIONS. Proof of age required - US Drivers License
