Saint Jeannet Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The rental rates are required to be paid in Euro currency only.
Low season (November, December January, February, March) rate is 2,100 € per week plus power and wood used. Minimum stay: 5 nights
Middle season (October, New Year) and Easter and Christmas Holidays are 2,300 € per week plus power and wood used. Minimum stay: 5 nights
High season (May, September) is 2,600 € per week. Minimum stay:7 nights.
Peak season (June, July, August) is 2,900 € per week. Minimum stay: 7 nights.
Final cleaning of 150 € needs to be paid in cash handed to manager on check in.
From May to September, check in must be Saturday to Saturday. At all other times, please email us to see whether we can accommodate you with a 5 night minimum stay.
All prices include water and electricity, except for winter bookings (from October to April). During this period guests are asked to cover electricity & wood costs.
Linen and Towels (Large bath towel, hand towel and face cloth per guest) and pool towels are incl - 25% deposit is required when booking. This is non-refundable and is to be paid into the owner's French bank account.
The balance is required 60 days prior to your arrival at Villa Clara.
To pay by Credit Card a 5% surcharge will be added to the rental price. Visa & Mastercard are accepted. Please email the owner at anna@pocockproperty.com
A 'Security/Damage Deposit' of 700 € must also be paid in cash on arrival. This is refundable and will be returned in full if there is no damage to the house.

The Studio Cottage - 1 double
- The master bedroom is on the main level. It has a king-sized bed, lots of storage and wardrobe space, 32 ' flat screen television, dressing table and bedside cabinets. It also has an en-suite bathroom complete with large bath, separate shower, toilet, hand basin and vanity with storage space. The garden bedroom has French doors which open on to Villa Clara’s beautiful garden. The garden bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to make a king bed, as well as a 30 ' television and wardrobe. It shares a bathroom with the children’s bedroom that boasts a bidet and a shower with a small, but deep, bath. The children’s bedroom has 2 single bunk beds. The children's bedroom is the perfect size to comfortably sleep two children . Villa Clara has a delightful studio on its grounds. This is a self contained building situated just ten meters from the main villa. Inside is a Queen size bed , television and a kitchenette with two electric cooking hobs, an electric jug/kettle and a fridge.
