Great Guana Cay Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We accept Pay Pal! Minimum age limit for renters
- Regular Rates: $999 a week for 1 bedroom (maximum 2 people); $1800 a week for 2 bedrooms (maximum 4 people). 2 week rentals: $1700 for 1 bedroom; $2300 for 2 bedrooms. Monthly rate: $3000 plus electricity. Plus 10% Bahamian Government Tax .
Off-season (Sept - March): 15 % less than regular rates
Minimum Stay: 5 nights - 50% deposit required within 1 week of booking. Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival date. Pay Pal accepted! Check-in 4:00 (welcome earlier if there is not a check out that day). Check-out at 8:00 am (may stay later if no one is arriving same day).
