It doesn't get better than this, Christmas on the Beach!!!! - The Super Bowl is being hosted for the first time in Fort Lauderdale. The entire Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. will be the main location for all of the pre-week media events, parties, etc. The Beach House is within walking distance of all of the activities. Super Bowl Week Rental Rate is $10,000.00 for the Week.

Policies, Pets & Deposits!: The reservation is confirmed upon receiving a 50% deposit. Full payment for the reservation is required 1 week prior to arrival. Cash, Check or Credit Card are our accepted forms of payment. Any damage or loss will be charged to your credit card. There is no Lifeguard on the pool deck, however there is a Lifeguard on the Beach. No Smoking is allowed inside the house, but it is permitted outside on the pool deck. Check out Time is 10am and Check in Time is 3pm. If you need special arrangements,, please let us know and we will be more than happy to try to accommodate your needs. The Beach House can accommodate up to 10 guests, including children and infants. We are not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. A minimum of 90 day notice of cancellation is required for refund of deposits, in writing or e-mail.
