-- Weekly rates for 2013 in euros: Low season, 735 € per week; Mid Season, 990 € per week, Peak Season, 1210 € per week.
-- Please contact us for separate rates during Festival, Congress and Conference events, and Christmas and Easter holidays.
-- We welcome longer stays of one to three months and often offer special rates in the low- or mid-seasons. Special rates may also be available for last-minute bookings (within 7 days of arrival). Please contact us for details.
-- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
-- 50% of total rental amount and signed contract are due within one week of booking. Rental is confirmed when down-payment is received. Payment balance is due six weeks before arrival.
- -- Bookings made less than six weeks prior to stay require 100% payment, plus security deposit.
-- A fully-refundable security deposit of 500 euros is required three weeks prior to arrival by check or cash, to be held by our Rentals Manager. This amount is refunded within one week of departure, as long as all keys are returned safely and apartment is undamaged.
-- Prices are fully inclusive, including Meet & Greet service within normal business hours, use of linens & towels for two occupants, Wi-Fi Internet access, use of pool, parking, reasonable use of water & electricity and cleaning/laundry on departure. Meet & Greet services outside of normal hours are 50 euros additional.
-- Rentals normally run from Saturday – Saturday, although during less busy periods, we try to be flexible to accommodate our guest’s needs.

- The tiled bathroom off the bedroom has a bathtub with shower, sink and vanity, toilet, towel warmer and a high window that opens to breezes and views of nearby tall trees. A separate half-bathroom has another toilet and small sink off the entry hall, where there is another large closet with mirrored sliding doors.

- Looking out onto a beautiful garden view, the inviting, light-filled bedroom features attractive décor and original artwork. Contemporary furnishings include a queen-size bed with high-quality mattress (80” x 60” / 202 cm x 152 cm), comfortable chair, rattan console table that can be used as a desk, elegant mirror, three lamps, a chest of drawers, and large hallway closet. Wall-to-wall sliding glass doors descend two steps to the private terrace that showcases a lovely classical statue (the reason we chose this apartment!), iron urns, cypress trees, lavender, gardenias and geraniums. To enjoy the enchanting stone muse, there’s a bistro table, two chairs and a chaise longue. Beyond is the lush greenery of Villa Charlotte’s communal Mediterranean gardens.
