Las Terrenas Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates include a night guard and cleaning 5 times a week.
- 50% deposit required to make a reservation. Outstanding balances are to be paid upon arrival cash or with traveler checks.
For Christmas, New Year and Easter time the full payment is required 3 weeks before arrival.
Half deposit is refundable for cancellations made up to 3 months prior to the arrival date. For cancellations beyond this period the deposit is non refundable.
A traveler insurance is advisable for late cancellations and no shows. - A damage deposit of US$ 500 is to be produced cash upon arrival. Damage deposit is fully refundable provided the villa and all its furniture and appliances are returned in the same good conditions they were found at the beginning of the rental.

- Property formed by 2 independent 90 m2 villas each. Both houses in the property have cane roof on the outside but one villa has cane roof showing on the inside as well and the other wood planks showing on the inside. All bedrooms have a closet, roof fans and air conditioners. 3 bedrooms have queen size beds and 1 has 2 single beds. These villas are called twin as they are almost identical and they are furbished with the same appliances, except for the details of the roof and for the twin beds in one of the villas.
