Owner will email you a contract with fees and itinerary. Rental rates require 50% deposit with signed contract at the time of reservation. The final 50% is due 30 days prior to the rental period. Contact the owner for available dates or view on-line calendar. We accept certified bank checks, money orders, or cashier checks. No personal checks accepted. All rates are quoted in US dollars. - Cancellation/Refunds: There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather. If there is a cancellation within 30 days of check-in, the entire rental fee less $100 handling charge will be refunded on the condition that the cottage can be rented for that same period.

Attractively furnished family room, kitchen/dining room with sliders to 3-season enclosed sun porch. Sleeps 6: One queen size bed with full size dresser/chest and closet; two bunk beds with below storage and full size dresser and closet; and two full size sofa beds. Each bedroom has its own television.
