If owners agree that more than 12 guests are acceptable, the additonal per person rate will be $250 per week.

- All four bedrooms are quite spacious. They are all on the 2nd floor. The original pine floors have been retained where possible. The library with a queen sleep sofa is on the 1st floor. The library has very large double sliding doors to both the old entry and the living room. This opens the whole area up for a nice social flow, yet provides privacy for the occupants of the sleeper sofa. There is a bathroom on the first floor as well.
