There is a one-time cleaning/lobby use fee of $40 due when you check-out. Any other fees (pay-per-view, in-room internet, phone calls, etc.) you may have accrued will be due at that time as well. If you wish to have maid-service during your stay, it is $20 per day/clean and will be added at check-out.
A Refundable $100 Security Deposit to hold booking is required, balance due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
The Security Deposit is 100% refundable unless there was extraordinary cleaning or maintenance. A $45 Cancellation Fee will be taken out of the Deposit if this booking is canceled under a 30 day notice. The rest of the deposit is fully returned. - Be sure to check our current 'Last Minuite Discount' while it's on!
