Encantada Resort Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $80-$110 PER NIGHT
- A deposit of $150 is required at the time that the reservation is placed. The remainder of the payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. All payments must be made using a credit card or eCheck. During certain busy periods, weekend only stays may not be allowed. The minimum age requirement to rent a villa is 25 years of age. The villa must be occupied by at least one adult 25 years or older. Private Pool heat is optional and is an additional $20.00 per day plus tax and should be booked at the time the reservation is made. Anyone renting 5 days or more are not charged a cleaning fee. For stays of 4 nights or less, there is a $85 Cleaning Fee. This is a non smoking unit. Indoor smoking will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. In addition to the above rates there is a State Tourist Tax of 13%.
