DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $500 is required and to be paid with final payment. Damage deposit will be refunded within 15 days of departure providing there is no breakage, damage to property, or missing items.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
60-30 Days Notice: 50% rental fee will be retained.
30-7 Days Notice: 100% rental fee will be retained (subject to circumstances).
Less than 7 days Notice: 100% rental fee will be retained plus admin fee of $50 to be paid.

Introduction to the Area: “Windwhistle” is situated on the prestigious Eastern Road which is in Nassau, Bahamas. The coast of Eastern Road is patterned with tropically painted homes and sprawling green lawns that stretch down to the turquoise sea. Just three miles West of Nassau lies Cable Beach, a glorious stretch of sand lined with luxury resorts and casinos…..it’s a tropical playground! At just 4 and a half miles wide, the glamorous Paradise Island is neighbour to Nassau and they are connected by two spectacular 600 foot bridges. At “Windwhistle”, being on the waterfront, you are able to see Paradise Island across the tranquil waters. Nassau and Paradise Island both maintain a distinct blend of 21st century glamor, old-world charm and tropical ease. They have the best shopping, the best entertainment, the most historic attractions and some of the best beaches in the Bahamas. There is so much to see and do on these wonderful Islands! Rooms Available to Let Within the House: If we are quiet or in low season we let rooms within the house so their is the option of letting rooms rather than the house has a whole. The rooms are $195 per night. Each room sleeps 2 people and has its own bathroom.. No cooking facilites provided. Guests may use use the outdoor facilities such as pool, beach, dock and balconies.
