The concrete pad under the house is very pleasant with a breeze, a dog kennel, an outdoor shower and a hammock for reading. Four cars can be parked under the house. There is a common road to this house shared with a 2br/2ba second tier house which can also be rented with this house
Golf: Kiva Dunes a world class course is only 5 miles away. There are 2 other courses between Gulf Shores and this house
