Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- There is a limit of two dogs under 40 pounds and this makes the house subject to repair/clean fees to be deducted from $500 deposit requirement if necessary. Deposit will be refunded 7 days after departure if no repair/cleaning fees are imposed.This house only rents for a minimum of 4 days which requires a $150.00 cleaning fee or by the week or month.
