Tenant may opt to leave it as they found it (ready for next renters to move in) or pay a $200 cleaning fee.
Cancellation: Deposits are refunded only if re-rented. An administration fee of $75 will be deducted from all refunds.
** NOTE: ** Winter will have a heating surcharge of $25/night based on oil, propane, and electric energy costs. Additional surcharge may need to be added based on actual usage. - Discounts for rentals longer than one week.

- Sleeps 10 comfortably in beds. Other bedding is the pullout couch and cot in the bonus room to sleep a max of 13. The master bedroom has a King sized Tempurpedic mattress! The kid's den has a Queen sized pull out couch, a Captain's bed (twin that has a pullout drawer with another twin mattress in it), and a Castro-Convertible comfortable twin cot. With the tv and dvd player in this room, it's a perfect room for the kids cousins to hang out together in! If you prefer to bring an air mattress, the laundry room can be used as another bedroom (it used to be a bedroom).
