- A 25% booking deposit is required to secure a reservation.The amount of this deposit will be applied to the total balance due for the entire stay. A one time cleaning fee of $70.00 is also required. There is a 5-night minimum stay for this condo. Payment for a 5-night stay will be required, whether you stay the full 5 nights or not. Full payment along with a signed copy of the rental agreement will be due 30 days prior to your stay. In addition, there is a $200.00 security deposit, that may be refunded. Guests who would like to pay through PayPal must add 10% to the cost of the stay.
Parking is available on the building grounds for $10 per night.
