Punta Gorda House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Available Monthly $3,450-$4,375 in-season; $1,475--$1,875 Weekly in-season (late December through end of April). Discount of 5% for 3 or more consecutive month bookings.
Available monthly $2,950-$3,975 off-season; $1,135 to $1,825 weekly off-season (Spring/Summer/Fall).
Rates vary depending upon length of stay and time of year.
Please call Marlene for Special Quotes. Preference will be given to long-term rentals.
A cleaning fee of $150 applies to all rentals, as does a 12% tax for rentals less than six months.
Sorry no pets or smoking. - $250 Monthly electric allowance.
Rentals are available weekly/monthly.
Seasonal Lease Agreements include Cancellation Policy.
